Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. When you upgrade, the new limits take effect immediately. When you downgrade, existing subs are preserved but you can't add more until you're under the new limit.
What counts as a 'sub'?
Each unique subcontractor you add to your monitoring roster counts as one sub. You can remove subs at any time to free up slots.
How often is compliance data refreshed?
License, bond, and workers' comp data is refreshed weekly from CSLB. Federal watchlist (SAM.gov), OSHA, DOL, EPA, and building permit data is refreshed when those sources update. You get alerts on any changes.
